Shadow joined us spring 2025 as a riding horse for Cindi in Aiken, but about halfway through the fall she realized she didn’t have as much time as she thought! Shadow was in training at No Where But Up Performance Horses in Johnstown , CO from November 2025-May 2026. We decided to bring her home to relax for a bit before breeding her in Spring 2027 and selling her as a bred mare.

Shadow is a gorgeous mover and has more height than a lot of modern horses, we’re hoping to build on her previous success in the Ranch Riding and make her debut in Ranch Trail. Shadow wants to form a relationship with her rider, she is soft sided and soft mouthed. She is panel clear and carries a copy of the cream gene. This mare has tons of potential and just needs the right person to put in the time to be successful. She would be staying in our barn if we had more time and less young horses!

Shadow does best in work, while she is not a horse for the beginners/novices in the family we think she could really help the right rider make it to the next level. She would be great for an amateur working in a program, or who has the time to keep her in work and wants an athletic partner.
